本用户服务协议（以下简称"本协议"）是您与慢牛人生（以下简称"我们"）之间关于使用本应用服务的法律协议。下载、安装或使用本应用即表示您已阅读并同意受本协议约束。若您不同意本协议，请立即停止使用本应用并卸载。
本应用是一款面向个人成长与学习的内容工具，帮助您践行长期主义、积累商业与人生智慧。主要功能包括：商业与人生智慧语录浏览；长期主义习惯打卡记录；对感兴趣公司的学习型关注与记录；会员增值服务（通过 Apple 内购订阅）。本应用不是投资理财产品，不提供投资理财或金融服务。

我们不是持牌的投资顾问、证券公司、基金管理人或任何金融机构。本应用展示的语录、公司信息及一切内容，均仅供学习、参考与娱乐之用，不构成买入、卖出或持有任何证券、基金或其他金融产品的建议或邀约。
本应用中涉及的公司名称、价格等均为公开信息，仅作为学习与记录素材呈现，不代表我们的任何观点或推荐。您应对自己的一切决策独立负责；如涉及任何投资或财务事项，请咨询持牌的专业人士，并自行承担全部风险。
4.1 您须提供真实、准确的注册信息，并有责任保管好您的账户密码。
4.2 您对通过您账户发生的所有活动负责。如发现账户被盗用，请立即通过应用内留言功能通知我们。
4.3 每位用户仅限注册一个账户，不得以任何方式滥用多账户。
5.1 会员订阅通过 Apple App Store 内购处理，受 Apple 服务条款约束。
5.2 会员权益在订阅期间有效。订阅到期后权益自动失效，除非您完成续费。
5.3 退款事宜须遵照 Apple App Store 的退款政策向 Apple 申请，我们不直接处理退款。
5.4 若因技术故障导致会员权益无法使用，请通过应用内留言联系我们，我们将合理处理。
您不得以下列方式使用本应用：试图破解、逆向工程或干扰应用服务；传播任何违法、有害或侵权内容；利用本应用从事任何违法活动；使用自动化工具（爬虫等）抓取应用内容。
本应用及其内容（界面设计、代码、文字等）的知识产权归我们所有。
我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止任何服务的权利，且不因此承担任何责任。重大变更将提前通过应用内通知告知您。
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用所产生的任何直接、间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任，包括但不限于因依赖本应用内容进行投资决策所产生的任何损失。
我们可能不时更新本协议。继续使用本应用即表示您接受更新后的协议。
本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖。如发生争议，双方应友好协商解决。

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Slow Bull Life ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using and uninstall the App immediately.
The App is a personal-growth and learning tool that helps you practice long-term thinking and accumulate business and life wisdom. Its main features include: browsing business and life wisdom quotes; a long-term habit check-in tracker; learning-oriented tracking and notes for companies you are interested in; and premium membership features (via Apple in-app subscription). The App is not an investment or wealth-management product and does not provide investment, wealth-management, or financial services.
This App is a content and personal-growth tool focused on long-term thinking and on sharing business and life wisdom. It is not an investment or wealth-management product and does not provide any investment advice, stock recommendations, wealth management, securities trading, financial services, or professional financial opinion of any kind.
We are not a licensed investment advisor, broker-dealer, fund manager, or any financial institution. All content shown in the App, including quotes and company information, is provided solely for learning, reference, and entertainment, and does not constitute a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, fund, or other financial instrument.
Any company names, prices, or other information in the App are public data shown only as learning and record-keeping material and do not represent our views or recommendations. You are solely responsible for your own decisions; for any investment or financial matters, please consult a licensed professional and assume full responsibility for your own risk.
4.1 You must provide accurate and complete registration information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
4.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, please notify us immediately via the in-app message feature.
4.3 Each user may register only one account. Multi-account abuse is not permitted.
5.1 Membership subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store in-app purchase and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
5.2 Membership benefits are valid during the active subscription period and expire automatically unless renewed.
5.3 Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with Apple App Store refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
5.4 If membership benefits are unavailable due to a technical issue, please contact us via the in-app message feature and we will address it reasonably.
You may not use the App to: attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the App's services; distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content; engage in any unlawful activity; use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to extract App content.
The App and its content (design, code, text, etc.) are our intellectual property.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without liability. Significant changes will be communicated in advance via in-app notifications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any losses resulting from investment decisions made in reliance on App content.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.
